The ideal candidate is highly driven, reliable, resourceful, coachable and likable.  The objective of the role is to develop and grow business and sales relationships, sell AT&T’s full product portfolio, meet/exceed all sales targets, represent BCDR with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Business development experience
  • Self-starter with a drive to problem solve and a hunger to succeed
  • Consultative seller capable of navigating complex and unique sales situations
  • Ability to understand and present AT&T Solutions in a concise and confident manner
  • The development of strategic plans and proposed solutions to customers of various sizes and verticals
  • Identification of key trends and customer needs in order to find and close new opportunities
  • Knowledge of AT&T strategic product portfolio
  • AT&T sales experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable and willing to travel when needed, including professional development and training

Duties:

  • Meet with AT&T account teams and their customers to engage in sales activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on technical sales issues
  • Advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs
  • Preparing proposals/presentations/bids, developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales
  • Researching/developing solutions with ATT direct team, including design/engineering
